We appreciated everything about working with Bex to plan our wedding. She is knowledgeable, calm, and organised, and ensured that everything in the lead up and on the day of our wedding ran seamlessly. Having her skills to plan and run the day was invaluable and we’re so thankful to have found her.

Where do we even begin with Bex… we got in touch with events by Bex to coordinate our wedding and she made the tedious processes so much fun! She made everything so easy, and organised, I barely lifted a finger. The day ran so smoothly because of her, I am still hearing stories of how she saved the day from my guests until today! Could not imagine having had my wedding without Bex!

Bex is the absolute best day-of coordinator! I wish I had found her at the beginning of my planning and I would’ve got her to plan the whole thing!!!She made our day absolutely amazing and so relaxing and enjoyable at every moment! She was the real MVP of the entire day. Her organisation and support was incredible. She made me feel calm the whole day and we had so much fun! I’ve raved about her to everyone who will listen and ALL my other vendors said how amazing she was. She helped with the styling and set up and did small touches I wouldn’t have even thought about like putting disco balls in the bathroom!She is just AMAZING at her job and an incredible person!

Without Bex, our wedding day wouldn't have been what it was. Bex took away absolutely ALL of my stress, worry and anxiety around any aspect of the day and I was told by so many people around me that I seemed like the chillest bride, and that was all thanks to Bex. Everything ran so smoothly and literally NOTHING went wrong on the perfect day. Bex was so incredibly organised, communicative and flawless not only on the day but the whole lead up to it. My husband and I are so grateful for Bex. She is such a happy, fun and caring human being and we can't recommend her enough if you are looking for a wedding coordinator! :)

Bex was absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with!! We truly had the best experience planning our wedding with Bex in the lead up to our wedding and on the day. She made the entire experience so easy and was always just a phone call or email away with any questions or concerns we had. Bex's warm nature really makes it feel like you are working with a friend. Bex made our dream wedding a reality and was the best $$ we spent on the entire day!! She took the stress away from us and let us enjoy the best day of our lives. Bex is so cool, so clam and SO organised. She picked up on things we missed, she coordinated with all our vendors, helped with set up, helped with dresses. No task was too much and I don't know what we would have done without her.Bex was always professional and I knew from the first interaction she was exactly what we needed to execute the wedding of our dreams. If you are wondering if you should hire Bex - just do it! We used Bex for on the day coordination and styling and she was absolutely FANTASTIC! She is friendly, organised and so much fun! We didn’t have to think of anything in the day and Bex honestly made the whole day a dream. I can’t recommend her enough!!
