Burleigh Automatics

We have had John service both cars and the Holden Statesman in particular was in dire need of replacement parts and new oil ay 95,900klm. After Burleigh Autos worked on it, it has been fine and a device today picked up that the voltage from the battery was only 9volts and whilst I thought it was only 2 years old that was my wife's car. Mine is 6 years old .So a useful hint to get a new battery and avoid a non-starter in the cold weather. !! Apparently the computer needs a good charge to work properly.Really excellent knowledge and no fuss work. Thank you John and Lisa.

Very disappointed to receive a phone call when we were on our way to drop off our car for service the week of Christmas to cancel it. Booking was made over a week ago. Quite rude over the phone unfortunately.

Best value and service in South East Qld!! Use no one else for your transmission!!! A good friend recommended John and I rang on a Wednesday and within a minute of telling him make and model and brief description I was told what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. He invited me to drop around same day and he could double check with a quick drive and inspection. Even better I was able to take it in the next day at 7.30am and had it fixed by 4.30pm and I saved myself $2500 from another quote I go previously, (and they wanted the car for a week to fix??). Honestly I wanted to hug the guy. What a great mechanic and honest human being. Everyone else wanted a week or two before bringing it in and twice as much money!!

John reconditioned my 4x4 gearbox. I can not believe how much better the car, drives, responds and performs. Its amazing the difference and the smooth drive the box deliversI recommend Burleigh Auto. His advise and knowledge is of the highest quality. He delivered the car as promised. The ONLY place to take your car if you are having any issues with Transmission. John seemed to know what my car's issues were just from my description over the phone, which made me feel better instantly. John fixed these issues in about 90mins and now my car drives as good as she did when I drove her out of the showroom 20 years ago. The cost was very reasonable for the work done. John and Lisa provided us with the BEST customer service and experience in helping fix my car. After taking it to numerous mechanics no one could figure out the problem and then receiving a quote from Mazda for $7500 for a part that was not required!John got to the bottom of the problem very quickly and solved the issue only costing me a fraction of that price! My car is running smoothly and we couldn't be more grateful for the 5 star service! Thanks again John and Lisa. It's refreshing to work with a honest, genuine mechanic.

Had a fault light come up on my dash in my BMW X5 for Trans Failsafe Prog" Took the car down same day and John quickly diagnosed with issue as being a faulty brake light switch. Highly recommended
