I have been going to Gossamer hair for the past 15 years and that is a testament as to how amazing this salon is. The staff are knowledgeable, very experienced, professional, friendly and accommodating. They always listen to the customer and will give you a professional and honest opinion every time. The salon is beautiful and inviting and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have no hesitation in recommending Gossamer hair for all your hair care needs.

I've just moved into the area and was looking for a new local hairdresser so I thought I'd give Gossamer a try, since they have such great reviews.I just needed a trim and reshape of my hair, but I have to say it was the best experience I've ever had, even for a simple service like this!Mary helped me out, she took such care to ensure I got what I wanted, we sat down and discussed the look and styling and she made suggestions that really helped me out! I've never had someone talk through in such detail for a simple cut like that! I felt so reassured that I would get what I wanted.And then next thing I know I'm telling her my life story! Thank you Mary! I really appreciate the attention and care you gave me! From the moment you sat me down to the head massage during shampooing, to you listening to me and talking with me and sharing with me. Thanks for listening and for the great haircut! My first experience with this salon has been wonderful. Every thing is clean and hygienic.Mary is extremely Professional and humble. Her knowledge with colour correction is amazing.I will definitely come back again. The cost is very reasonable compared to many salons in the area.

Just had my hair cut on a work lunch break. Walked back into the office and several colleagues said “wow, your hair looks awesome”. It did and it was just a cut with no frills, no shampoo and no fancy blow dry. I’m going back for foils and the full works soon…when I have time not on a lunch break! Highly recommend

I'm so glad I found this place! I just had my haircut by Mary who spent 45mins fixing my damaged hair and only charged me $40!! I will definitely be returning to see her again as she was very friendly and made sure I was happy with the length she was cutting. I felt like she was genuinely interested in helping me achieve the hair I desired. Thank you!

I have been Effie's customer for many years, so I followed her to Gossamer Hair salon. So being in the salon is very pleasing experience.

My hair was so well looked after, and it was always shiny when I walked out. It was an excellent experience, amazing haircut, coffee and massage chair.

I Walked in without a booking and they were able to squeeze me in. Mary was so genuine and friendly. I didn’t know what I wanted when I walked in but she took the time to work with me and went above and beyond to make sure I received a hair cut I was happy with. Because of this wonderful service and obvious talent, I can honestly say it was the best hair cut I’ve ever had. And when I went to pay it was 45$! 45$. I’m still shocked. I told her I would definitely be coming back and telling all my friends. Mary is a rare gem.

I recently moved to Richmond and decided to try this salon out. I love it! I have had my hair done twice now and both times I have been more than happy. The second time I had balayage (which I have had a few times before) and it is the best I have had. The staff are so friendly and take their time on your hair.
