Priceline Pharmacy

Terrible service.Asked for three scripts to be filled ,got one and was charged double for the remaining one.This happens a lot not only at Christmas.Seem to get flustered easily.

Priceline pharmacy in Bridgewater is great. Always welcoming and friendly, the staff offer fantastic service and good prices and sales.

Very slow at filling scripts and usually I ask for the non chemist brand but they always stuff it up

I still cannot download information about prescription that they TELL me i have to. I was not given any help on how to do it.I CAN ONLY GO THIS FAR ON YOUR SITE ( am not tech minded)

The first visit to the Bridgewater Priceline Pharmacy, following an online check with the website revealed it was closed and not open as the website advised.The second visit, the pharmacy didn't stock the medication, the third visit all went well apart from having to wait almost 30 minutes to obtain the medication.The fourth and most recent, reluctant visit revealed although advertised as open, it was closed.Won't be bothering with that store in future.

I find all of the staff at Bridgewater Priceline fantastic. I saw a comment below that was whingeing about a doctors prescription. Now I happen to know, as I have been told by my doctor, that any private doctors prescription will cost full price so there! Seriously though, Jess, Michelle (The lady who had pink hair), Aidan, Andrew, Clarissa (the woman who tried to steal all my money LOL) – The reminder of the team, I have yet to come across a more professional team of pharmacists, pharmacy assistance, and store assistance! Not only are they extremely professional, I have a very good relationship with most of them, and they enjoy a good laugh and I find them lovely people. Good to know these people before you put negative remarks on, and before you question PBS, have a chat with the pharmacist on duty, just in case! Again, well done Priceline Bridgewater, you have one in my heart!!

Lady with pink hair at Bridgewater charged me full price for Inza telling me it was no longer on PBS.Told me I had a private prescription when it came from Dr I’ve been seeing for some time.Checked with other pharmacies and with a Drs prescription it’s still $5.60.Had problems with her when she worked at Glenorchy too.

Excellent pharmacy. Staff are always attentive, helpful and friendly. The pharmacists I have spoke to are caring and discreet and as a side note: one of them is quite attractive! They have a good product range for a smaller pharmacy and dealt with the covid pandemic in an extremely professional manner. 5 starts would recommend.

Out of date medication. Slow service and really dont seem to know what they are doing half the time..

was given wrong medication twice, never asked ifi wanted to change medication they just assumed they knew me and changed it any way. put a complaint into priceline mainland never heard back. the floor staff of shop are fantastic
