Myself and a friend were walk-ins today. We are visiting from Adelaide and I requested that my nails be done by Lien whom I saw had good reviews on Facebook. Immediately she came over to me and asked me to sit while she finished with her client. I asked for nail art as well as an infill. Lien has the ‘can do’ attitude that is lacking in so many businesses today. She did an amazing job on my nails and did it with a smile. So nice in today’s world. I highly recommend this salon and especially Lien. My friend had her nails done by a male technician and was equally impressed. Well done Gloss Nails you live up to your Facebook rating.

Service is above all excellent, Staff is skilled! Got a really lovely pedicure here. It was very relaxing and they did a really nice job. A little hot stone massage on my feet was a great touch! The staff are very friendly and accomodating. I also enjoyed the music playing in the salon.

I received a shellac and manicure from a lady whom was lovely but not very experienced. She covered each of my arms in enough body lotion to cover my entire body and my arms were slipping all over the counter top. I had no manicure cushion to rest my arms on so it was quite uncomfortable and painful at times. I asked for a round shape, however I recieved no shape what so ever. She roughly filed my nails and did a very brief manicure. I recommend extra training. My polish was decent but also rough. Was not the best experience, but the lady has great potential to be great with extra training.

Could not recommend enough! The first photo was my inspiration and when I showed the male mail technician he said we can get something similar to that. The second photo is my result and I am so satisfied! I’ve had so many compliments already for my nails and it’s only been a couple hours since getting them done. I was a walk on client only waited half hour to be seated which wasn’t a problem to me, as it was my poor time management of not calling to book an appointment. Highly recommend gloss for nails!! Thank you!!

This is my local salon and I love it. Every time I receive a first class service from warm and friendly staff. I couldn’t be happier. I have never seen an unhappy customer here. Everyone is happy and smiling.
