Recently I went over a massive pothole and the rim of one of my wheels ended up bent as a result, so today I went to Pittwater Tyres and Mechanical to have it checked (praying I wouldn't need a new rim). The gentlemen who served me managed to fix it, while the lady checked the pressure of all my other tyres without me even asking. It all took only a few minutes and they did it all free of charge. I was blown away. What a fantastic service, which is hard to find these days. I was so happy and impressed. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely go there again. Thank you so much for making my day :-)

These guys are fantastic. I have been to them with 2 flat tyres and a damaged rim in the past 18 months and they are always friendly and helpful and get the job done super quick......and they have not charged me. It is amazing to find a business that doesn't take every opportunity to squeeze money out of you.This is customer service at its best. I will certainly continue to use them again in the future and hopefully will be able to pay them for their services some time!
