I would say worth attending as the CS is good and the doctors are capable of getting you treated. I have been with AHS since long and I must admit that I hvnt had bad experience yet. So yeh cheers for this site. :)

Would rate 0 stars if I could! I found the “consultation” very poor. They allocated my appointment with the “National Training Manager” Mark, whom after some research is purely a sales member with no clinical training or qualifications. He left me in this god awful room to watch a video that was ridiculously impersonal and so out dated, think the video was made in the 90’s or early 2000’s (yet supposedly their products are current and and cutting edge?!). A company using marketing material of this nature in both print and video format really does not fill one with a great sense of hope for the service being provided. The “personalised” quote was nothing of the sort and even when asked twice was not emailed to me as requested - hmm wonder why? Don’t want people to see how much your company will try to pilfer out of people?Things that this staff member Mark said about my hair, of which I have now spoken to a qualified medical specialist about, were not true and used as purely a scare tactic to make me proceed with this company. I really do not think that a sales representative (irrespective of their position title) should be giving out medical advice to people. Dangerous and highly unprofessional!I emailing through my feedback (after 3 or 4 unsolicited calls and emails to see if I wanted to proceed) to Mark and I received an extremely sassy response stating: “I disagree with your assertions, and can honestly say this is the first time I have received feedback of this nature in 8 years.” Funny considering the multiple negative reviews here!

I have noticed thicker and fuller hair in my treatment after 9 months complete. Thank you for your time! Great customer service

Advanced studio is great with their services and focus on the results. Very friendly team and professional about there recommendations and treatments.

AVOID! I seriously urge anyone looking into this treatment to NEVER attend this clinic. Do your research thoroughly on these types of clinics!! It is an absolute waste of time that involves an extreme amount of money and no results. The 'doctors' at Advanced Hair will start you on a treatment plan, that in my belief, know won't work for you. Once your paid into that treatment they then explain that stage 2 (another type of treatment, e.g. PRP treatment) will be more beneficial and almost guarantee" will work

I am receiving PRP treatment on my scalp and I couldn't be more happy with my experience. The staff at East Melbourne are very friendly and are good at what they do.

Never trust Advanced Hair StudioIt is an absolute waste of time and money. I paid 4500 aud into a method called “Laser Hair Growth Treatment” which they told me would at least double my hair strands after nine months. But, after visiting the clinic every week, there was no change- not even a single strand. Once I finished this period, they encouraged me to continue my program for one more year by paying an additional 2300 aud. My consultants, Sirjan and Mike, told me that if the dosage of Minoxidil capsules which was part of the program increased, changes will be coming. Unfortunately, now after 4 months, there is no result. I am so much disappointed and upset because I’ve spent about 7000 aud and wasted about 1.5 year of my life. Avoid them!

0/5 stars.I spent over $7.5K here with no results.Not only did I try the Minoxidil tablet, shampoo and laser treatment program but I also transitioned to the PRP program where they use the plasma from your blood and inject into your hair loss areas and got no results.No follow-up and assessment to see why it didn’t work and what they could offer.Waste of time and money.

I would give 0, that suits better in regards to tge customer service of the east Melbourne store. Such a worst experience i had today. As I didn’t had any nearby appointments in south melbourne i had to visit this one. When i visisted first time i felt like why i have been to this store, even today i really feel exactly same. Such a pathetic customer service. She has all the time to answer the calls and do her work apart of responding to the client standin Infornt of her.
