Beautiful beach - clean, empty, nice waves! Not that many people, here and there surfers :)went there another day also for sunset, you can see it from the wooden house, if you wanna hide a bit from the wind

Always a great joy coming down to this beach. Sunny days a good, but getting here as the weather is coming in from Bass Strait, and as the crowds leave to escape the weather, is fantastic!!!The car park isn’t full and the beach is pretty much deserted. Love ❤️

Great area to visit and walk. Not sure quite where to place the review as there are so many spots within this reserve. For this visit I parked in the Anzac Beach parking area, walked the length of the beach (some very interesting rocks and pools at the far end), took the Magicland steps up to Phillip Island reserve where I walked the trail out to the Pinnacles lookout. There is also a beautiful view of Cowrie Patch Beach from the trail. It was about a 6km round trip, but it would have been easy to double or triple that and not repeat anything. There is a larger car park, toilet and coffee shop halfway along the beach and a surf club.

Stunning beach. Patrolled but if you want to go to a patrolled beach that is better for swimming then go to Smith's beach. However there is a magnificent walking track at Woolamai. Probably the best walking track on the island.

Visiting Woolamai beach was a surreal experience! Such a beautiful beach! Beach is very lengthy and clean. Waves are very high, and the beach was very windy. Best place to visit with family and good place for children to play. There was a restroom facility too.

Stunning beaches with huge surf breaks, very popular with surfers. There’s a lovely beach walk here that takes you up to the Pinnacles - very popular with lots of people doing the full, or part of the trail.Large free parking area, and there is a cafe at the Surf Lifesaving club.

Beautiful beach with lifesaver patrols, popular surf spot but there appeared to be a few rips so stay in the patrolled areas if you can.

Woolamai surf beach is absolutely stunning with a very long nd wide stretch of beautifully clean, fine sand. The beach was patrolled by lifesavers when we were there on Thursday afternoon and the kiosk was open and it was lovely sitting on the deck with a cool drink and my book. The toilets are nice and clean too.

An amazing beach for surfing!!! It's great to walk along the beach too even for non-surfers.

We stopped by the surf beach as part of a tour to the penguin parade. It was a really windy day so we were blasted with sand as soon as you stepped out of the bus. Some bits of the walking track was covered by sand dunes. After enduring the blasting it was a bit calmer on the beach. The beach was quite large and had large crashing waves. It was a really nice view but did have sand stuck in my hair until showering it out.
