Very happy with their burger range. I had the Shack Classix 2 for 1. Fantastic burgers and my daughter had the Chicken Amigo wraps. This was a fantastic meal. Would recommend this restaurant and we will come back soon. Also drinks were cold and well prepared.

We went in and ordered some take away chips for the kids. Absolutely disgusting! Majority were brown/black and inedible. The ones that weren’t fried to a crisp tasted like they were cooked in very old, rancid oil. Inedible. If we hadn’t have already gotten all the way back to the car park when we opened them we would’ve returned them and asked for our money back.Must have changed hands because the whole place looked run down and empty. No more “kids corner”, just some old junk and no movie playing. An old broken fooseball table at the front. Dismal. Definitely won’t be back!

Not even a busy Sunday morning but this was meant to be poached eggs- overcooked and tasted old. Ordered a $5 side of bacon which was quite literally, one piece of shortcut bacon. Coffee was watery and tasted off. Unfortunately, have nothing positive to report. Won't be returning!

Very disappointed with the meal that was received after waiting more than 30mins the calamari was soggy along with the ‘famous chips’ very sub standard to the quality previously received on numerous occasions. Wait Staff were incompetent bringing the wrong meals to our table more than once. Will think twice about coming here again!

The weekday special is awesome! Had a burger at 7 dollars and it was really worth it. The portion is big enough for one adult and beef patty tasted good generally except a little burnt on the edge.

If you’re hungry don’t go here.45 minute wait for food.Burgers were cold and not good.The chips so salty and soggy were old and didn’t taste good.Staff had no clue what was going on.Will not come back.

So understanding that it was a Sunday and also all the issues with finding staff. I saying that though the drinks couldn't be poured properly so was left short on the pint Or had ordered, offered a replacement - my choice however the next same price beer was also having issues. The place also always seem to have a farm smell like a sheep shack or something was like this a few months ago also and not sure if this is legit or a test store ambience of sorts.Food. Was okay nothing that gives it a memorable spark that you can brag about later, we had the Caesar salad and had no option - even for anchovies. The chicken buttermilk was good, fresh and crunchy.Bit bland though.
