Australia Post - Ingham Post Shop

The worst Manager & Staff, all a bunch of True embarrassment to Australia Post. Unhelpful, unfriendly & uneducated. The Manager is judgmental, small minded & both him & his Staff need to be replaced ASAP with New & Fresh people to Ingham. No more of this hire my Family & Mates embarrassment. Need someone with Proper Customer Service abilities & knowledge to Australia Post Pricing. A 1.5kg parcel to NSW $130???? Are they Serious for real? It cost just $26 to send after 120km drive to the next nearest Post Office!!! Shocking!!!! They are the most Disrespectful & shouldn’t be running the only Post Office in Town!!!! Disgusting Customer Service!!! If I was Australia Post they’d all be fired, the Manager & all!!! The nastiness all the current employees are running has to come to a serious end!!!! You’ve had feedback from 2 years ago, people complaining of the rudeness & unhelpfulness!!!!! WAKE UP!!!! Call your CEO!!!!!!! We expect a written Apology from Australia Post!!! Seriously!!!

Besides all the negative reviews here. I had a really good experience with sending the package overseas. Helpful and patient staff.

Very rude. Second visit in as many weeks, staff on both occasions were rude and quite unhelpful. Thankfully this shop doesn't reflect the friendly customer service we experience in other Australia Post Offices throughout the country.

Geez they are so bloody rude! Feel for the people who deal daily with these people.

Went to the post office today was absolutely disgusted at the service from both lady’s was there for over 45 minutes getting bounced around, one lady didn’t know what she was doing both lady’s were behaving rudely towards me and my family I am very disappointed and I’m going to avoid this post office from now on I rather drive the hour and half for the good service

It's not hard to smile and say hello to customers, never met people so rude. I think it's time for a career change ladies. Not a happy customer!

Don't think they understand the words customer service. I had friends say how bad they were, I said no they couldn't be but oh how I was wrong. They were worse! I am now driving to Townsville just so I don't have to deal with their lack of knowledge communication and all round service. I walked out of there with a very bad taste in my mouth and now like my friends I will warn people away from there.

Picked up parcels from Aust post. Friendly service, efficient and prompt.

8.00 am open means 8.00 am open not 9.00 am as posted on your door, I wasted time to get to your store as I have other things to do ,NOT HAPPY

Seems to be a very unhappy work place .
