We have been getting our hair cutting here for about 2 years now and are very happy with the cuts. BUT this week we were charged a surcharge on our card which we were not told of. We are pensioners & when I rang to ask about why after 2 years of supporting the local small business we now have to pay a surcharge. Reply was not good enough. They have lost our customers now.

If you long for a trip down memory lane, why not a haircut in an old fashioned barbershop. It's like stepping back in time and the only frill is friendly service. Kent has been barbering forever and has plenty of stories to share. And you'll get your haircut as well.

I almost always use these guys, unless its a Monday as they are closed.The lady's here are always friendly and up for a chat, plenty of seating, good aircon, clean shop, even a beer while you wait.Usually a short wait time, and they cut hair alright too.Only 30 bucks unlike some of the pirates around town.

Very busy barber and for good reasons. Excellent skill set with exceptional customer service. I would advice getting there as early as possible so you can find a car spot and to avoid long ques of happy returning clientele.

If your not a regular customer don’t bother going unless you don’t mind waiting.5 in front of me so waiting my turn, I’m next up but regular walks in , there 1 minute and gets the next seat, not sure how that works,maybe he had an appointment.I was never asked if it was my turn,as the hairdresser was on her way to collect money off previous customer she said to new customer that had just walked in to go and take a seat in the barbers chairShe evidently knew him as she addressed him by name.I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I thought it better to leave . If that’s the way the business is run I will go elsewhere.
