I have used the car wash at lock n store on several occasions but last week the no touch drive through damaged my pride and joy. After emailing Richard he was very quick with an apology and thats about it. He has made no effort to to resolve the matter. I have had my car repaired at my own expense and they wouldnt even refund my $20. So my advice when it comes to this business - Buyer beware because if you have any issues it will not be dealt with in a professional manner.

The staff member Ana was so helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Only had to ask & it was done. Facility is fairly new & well looked after. Storage units are all kept very clean. Vehicle hire service next door is convenient. They have truck hire rates very cheap on Mondays & Tuesdays. We had to have the contents of a deceased estate put into storage for over 12 months & are more than happy with the Service, security & cleanliness we received.

Horrible, I’m changing my storage to another unit in my area! I made a price agreement and they didn’t follow through! I rang them several times about the issue and they said it was resolved but the price kept getting higher and nothing has changed, would not recommend.

Great place, Jenny extremely helpful and professional. Items were always safe, had our storage bay for over a year. Walked in, signed the forms. No issues, highly recommend. Could go there at any time 7 days a week except after 6pm.

Cannot praise them enough. Ana is not only helpful but she goes out of her way to personally ensure your property is safe. Definitely reccomend this place to everyone!!!!!!!
