Had to apply for a working with children check. When I got to the counter with all documents he noticed my middle names were missing - instead or simply changing it I had to redo the entire application and wait in line again.There are not enough service centres in Sydney and the opening times are very inconvenient for working people.

The concierge was very helpful. Service fellow at counter also went out of his way to help me. Very impressed.

Drivers license renewal in under 10 minutes, including eye test and updated photo. Great service and a 50% discount for no demerits!

I had to transfer the registration of a car I bought privately I tried for over a week to transfer online and it wouldn’t work. I blamed it on my phone and then on my latptop. At the end I rang service nsw and was told the reason that I couldn’t transfer was that the previous owner had not completed their notice of disposal. He advised me to go in and talk to service nsw and they may waive the late fee. So I take time off work and go into service nsw and explain everything that has happened. And was told ‘well if it doesn’t work online you should come in’ i said how is it my fault if your online system isn’t working, and I work long hours. I have to actively take time off work to come in. They wouldn’t waive my late transfer fee which was $126 because I was ONE day late. Not helpful at all. No compassion and no understanding. It’s all about collecting revenue of hard working people. Do not go to Rockdale plaza Service NSW.

Went there to make a relationship registration. Rebecca was the person who assisted us through all. Was very helpful, kind, and super friendly.All the staff were really really really helpful and very quick to try to assist all the customers.

i cant believe im givn 5 stars to a government entity but i made em work 4 it & they came out on top, literally fixing evry issue i thru @ em & i was a one of those difficult customer's with lots of lil tasks for completion, but to there credit afta my 4min wait evrything got processed & i was outa ther in less than half an hour•••

It took me 3 weeks instead of the expected 7 days to get my card in the mail (although I live 20 minutes away). And they couldn't even print my year of birth correctly! For the amount of money charged, this is absolutely outrageous.

I upgraded my ride license. I had a great service all the time! Kudos to Amit. He is friendly and polity. Nice energy! Thank you!

Upon entering I was greeted by Samudra who proceeded to help me with collecting the information I was missing, all while attending to each new person who walked through the doors. Efficient, and happy to help. A great experience.
