She is knowledgeable in her field, transparent, open and honest with her business dealings, gives ideas and better solutions when presented with renters difficult situation. A Caring and Professional Agent. Our acreage property had not sold with another agent in over a year so we switched our listing to Ashlee. Our property was unique in our neighbourhood so normal market indicators did not hold true making it a somewhat difficult property to sell.
