Hairdressers here are good. Just be mindful of the wait as they take bookings over the phone so you could wait there but someone comes in who booked they will prioritise that person.

I absolutely had the worst experience and never going back here again. I simply asked for long layers and curtain bangs with blowdry and rollups. There was a language barrier and they mistook the tollups as a perm. I said no perm just roll up and want the waves temporarily. They started putting chemicals in my hair and asked what are they doing? I asked a lot of questions and they said I shouldn’t worry too much. I asked them is this a blow dry? They said it’s a digital perm and I never asked for one. JUST A BLOWDRY AND ROLLUPS. They told me but I wanted this and obviously it wasn’t. Basically manipulating me and saying it’s my fault so literally went from a $20 dollar haircut blowdry and rollups to $170. Give me my money back.

Always a great cut here and great value. Be prepared for a wait during busy times but it's worth it :)

Asked for a touch up for my balayage hair as my usual hairdresser was out of the country. He stated that there were areas in my hair that wasn't as ash toned as others. I agreed with him as it's from my purple shampoo but agreed to continue. Once finished, my hair was BROWN. I didn't want to complain as he stayed open to finish my hair and I wanted to see if it might have lightened up after a wash. However, it did not. He was contacted to make me aware that my hair was WAY darker than what it was prior and showed him photos side by side and he told me I photoshopped these photos... I was very patient with him as when he was doing my hair he had an apprentice split my hair for the foils without asking me and it was her second time so there a bigger foil patches at the front. When he was doing my hair I would clearly show I was in pain from him pulling my hair and also making me hold my head back with heavy foils in my hair to the point where my head was shaking because my neck struggled to stay in a certain position. There was some extreme bad service I didn't speak up about as I was thankful he agreed to do my hair but he ruined my hair and won't even own up to it even though the evidence is clear.

The best place to pamper yourself. Great service with a smile. Price is very good. Vincent is the best Hairdresser in the West. Visit this place and you will come out with a big smile and looking very glamourous. ☺️

I did permanent keratin straightening.. I was very confused in the beginning. but after washing my hair at home I feel like I took the best decision choosing Vincents Vu hair salon for hair straightening. my hair now smooth silky and straight.. thanks you Vincents Vu hair salon..Pic is from after wash at home.

Got a quick good haircut at a reasonable price. There is a surcharge for using card but I suppose that's the norm these days. Blame the banks and the Govt not the business owners. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking and the benefits of the adjacent Cairnlea Superclinic and shopping center.

Amazing place with talented stylists. Have had the owner look after my hair for many years now and ever since I heard about him finally opening his own salon here a couple of years ago, I happily followed him to his new location. 10/10
