I stumbled across The Peel Thing on instagram. I was blown away by the colours captured in the photos and knew I needed for my business. Once I picked up a variety of citrus fruits and pineapples I couldn't stop snacking on the blood oranges. I will need more soon for sure!Can't wait to continue business with The Peel Thing.

The owners are so generous, they are always engaging with my small business on social media and help me out. The products are perfect for cocktails because they don’t spoil which is good in the long run. They also look so much nicer than freshly cut citrus as a garnish! Love these so much :)

I have a cocktail page on Instagram @theaussiebartender and these guys are by far the freshest dehydrated fruits and garnishes I’ve had for my cocktails. Not over done and all citrus is vibrant and bright (not black)Do yourself a favour and try their products!! Can’t recommend them enough!

The variety and quality is simply outstanding, matched only by the wonderful customer service. How lucky we are to have these wonderful offerings at our doorstep on the glorious Mornington Peninsula. Although my favourite place to put this peel is in my gin and tonic I don’t stop there. Have used it for garnishing a platter/dish and for styling photography. Love love love ❤️

I had the pleasure of interacting with Katie a couple of months back when I was procuring dehydrated citrus for my pop up. I was very touched by her promptness and friendly demeanour and above all her commitment towards her product. She came and delivered the product at my house within short notice and the product itself was amazing and added to the entire concept of the dinner I was hosting called Dinner on Kanyakumari express. Such amazing local food businesses should be supported and nurtured. Thanks Katie - hope to work with you in the future
