I asked if I could buy replacement arm rest pads for a discontinued task chair I had bought some 20 years earlier. Whilst the model was discontinued they managed to track down some replacement parts in their warehouse in Melbourne and had them shipped to Sydney for me to collect FOR FREE! How good is that! and now the chair is as new after 20 years. Thanks Schiavello - awesome service.
