Awesome service and product. From the guy (I think his name was Paul) who came out to measure to the guys Jarred and Jimmy who just installed my new glass shower screen and my glass wardrobe doors, these are really nice professional and respectful guys and a credit to the company.The products as in glass shower screen and wardrobe doors are far superior to any others that I have seen and I had quite a few quotes. The service of this company is exemplary and I have no hesitation in recommending Supreme for their excellent products. A happy customer from Victoria Point.

I just had three frameless glass shower screens installed in my 20 year old home by Robert. He did a superb job and was meticulous in every aspect of the installation process explaining a number of important facts on the operation and care of the screens. I can highly recommend Robert as a totally professional and extremely competent tradesman.

Fantastic company. Cancelled an order with another unnamed company who jigged us around from the start, then called Supreme. Nothing but honesty, quality product and great customer service, and also cheaper than the others. I would highly recommend them, and Andy the installer is an asset to the company, top bloke.

Called for a quote for a shower screen door staff unhelpful wanted to pass me to another company for a maintenance job. Staff need to learn to actively listen. Impression I got was the staff didn't want the work. Shame. Another local company in Molendinar got the job, no problem, easy NEW screen door fitting into an existing bathroom.

Builder got it wrong for our backsplash in the kitchen and Supreme came back and put the correct one in,awesome installers! Really happy customer, would use again because staff and tradesmen who did our job I cannot fault.

Communication was appalling. Waited around unnecessarily. Given inaccurate information several times. Even bought the side panel without correct connections. Had to return days later and then didn’t arrive when promised. No communication between departments.

Unfortunately I had to give 1 star. They installed 2 showers into a new build house 2.5years ago and both doors have fallen off the hinges due to the bottom hinge cracking and falling apart. Cheap plastic. Contacted the company put onto the Service manager who did not return calls as he promised and eventually when I did get to him stated the showers were to far out of warranty (1 year 6 months) and provided no assistance to repair even if it was at my cost. Very poor service and product very poor quality.

This company was referred to us, and after a few false starts, I found Sharene and Luke were very communicative, helpful and just made things happen which was greatly appreciated. We needed our existing screen removed and refitted as we were getting our shower resealed. It was also a dodgy install by another company and needed realigning on reinstall. The bloke from Supreme who did the work (Aaron) was a champion. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He always called before he turned up and his workmanship was fantastic and he managed to realign the screen and now it functions perfectly. I’d definitely use Aaron and the team at Supreme for any frameless installs we need in the future and would recommend them.
