I haven't even used the product yet, I'm writing now to say how amazing customer service was, I havnt been treated this well in so long. Thank you guys you made.my day.

I’ll save everyone the trouble of wasting their time driving to this place. Their website and Google have inaccurate open times. The business is so tiny that you apparently can only book by appointment to see them on Wednesday’s (during work hours) - which you only find out when you get to the tiny shop front that has an A4 page stuck to the window. We wasted over 45 minutes driving here only to find a dark sad looking shop with boxes everywhere. We tried to call the number on the A4 paper and no one picked up. I’ve emailed and not heard back either. Not sure I believe in their great customer service. Save your money and buy online from ANOTHER store. They also trade under KingConfetti online on eBay and Etsy with outrageous delivery costs e.g. if you want to buy any cannons, you must buy them separately and pay double postage.Edit: Thanks for your essay, I really appreciated it. I won't argue the semantics of what a warehouse" is. I also just wanted to say that just because you were able to find my phone number through an enquiry
