These shoes are nearly 10 years old and have been worn to death. Got them reheeled and soled for inexpensive price and they seem almost brand new. Great service.

I went to get my watch battery replaced and now the timer button on the side of the watch doesn’t work.This man has indelicately handled my property in such a way as to damange it. I would not trust him with any property you consider beloved or precious. When I went back to ask if he could undo the damage or see what went wrong he abused me for “wasting his time” and insisted it was this way before he touched it (which I can ensure you is not true). After extensive argument and further abuse, he tried to settle the issue with a refund $8 short of what I paid (know what you paid. Keep the receipt. He’ll try and play you). Eventually I got the full refund for the $18 battery. But you know what I would like more; a working watch!

Lovely man who runs the place. He charges far less than other places I've been to for shoe repairs and watch batteries and he does a far better job too

DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN WITH YOUR WATCHES. I took my Longines watch for a battery replacement, the guy told me to come back in 10-15min. I came back and the guy said he wasn't able to open it. I looked at the back of the watch and there were at least 7 scratches all along the side. I told him he had scratched my watch, and he said there's always risks and didn't want to take responsibility. So not only do I have a watch that still needs a battery replacement, it's been severely scratched. Never coming back again and will not recommend that anyone does.

This place is amazing. Friendly, helpful, and decent value for the excellent work. Fully re-soled a number of leather soled shoes for me and even a pair of boots that are 10 years old and were coming apart from sole and upper. Now as good as new. Highly recommended
