Pool Sure Qld - Pool Safety Inspections

We used Poolsure for our pool safety inspection and certificate and they were out the next day with the report following that same day also! Easy to book and deal with. I will be using them again.

A completely hassle free experience. Mark was very professional and efficient in his work. He even adjusted the hinges on a non-compliant gate at the time of inspection free of charge! The pool report was very comprehensive and easily understood. Would recommend without hesitation.

This review is based solely on honest opinion. This business demands that pool compliance work be performed at a pool owner's expense that is likely not required. I have independent expert written evidence of this from other licensed pool inspectors - if challenged, I will divulge all information here. Would not recommend!In response - from another licensed pool inspector who knows you well and with years of experience under their belt: you could challenge the requirement to have the top of the pool fence and gate 1200mm from a window sill. A window sill is a foothold and not something that raises the height of the ground to effectively lower the fence height.
