Best steak restaurant in Byron Bay. We had a delicious meal and fantastic service. We were short of time as we were going to a show and I made a note of that when I booked. On arrival the waiter was well aware that we only had an hour and we were accommodated. We will definitely be back.

Had a lovely evening thank you. Food was absolutely amazing. Had swordfish, lamb, steak and chicken between the four of us and each dish was delicious. The sides were top notch too, and a decent size. Would highly recommend. Just as an aside, one of the staff members tripped and fell, and the owner showed genuine compassion, integrity and care for the young bloke, even taking him to the hospital for a check up. Certainly the type of place you want to spend your money. Thanks!

Awesome food, beautiful restaurant and lovely staff. We had a great night and really enjoyed the food. Even my fussy 11 year old son who doesn’t usually eat steak absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back. Good work. P.s loved the cocktail.

All the dishes we ordered were beautifully presented. The pork belly had a crispy exterior but could have a bit more flavoursome. My friend and I shared the salads and the pumpkin one was my favourite as the beetroot was too vinegary for me. The vegan coconut pannacotta was disappointing as it was $18 and sadly nothing special. I’d skip and buy a dessert from Woolworths instead

We had dinner at Ember last night. It was truly amazing. Exceptional food, great atmosphere and the staff were incredible. Thank you to Juan the manager who went above and beyond to make our experience a culinary journey. Troy (the owner) should be very proud of his restaurant. We will be coming back.

Had an awesome dinner here w my friend. It was great how they accommodated us last minute when we decided to book on a busy Saturday night.The place is very chic inside, the food was good and the cocktails were the bomb! The cute and very friendly Ryan made the experience more fun!Highly recommend!@lilgirlfrommanila

It’s great to go to a restaurant where the experience of the owner, management and staff is so clearly obvious in every aspect of the dining. Chef is on point and attentive to detail using quality produce and pride. Great for couples, family gatherings, first dates. We highly recommend Ember Byron Bay.

Always great food and service. We only had an hour as we were going to a movie and the speedy service was very welcome. Next time we will allow more time as the menu deserves a more leisurely experience. Great ambience too!

This would have to be the best food in Byron and I live here. The steak is out of this world. All of the sides are fresh and selicious. The kitchen manage to serve big tables in good time. The staff are super friendly. Get the 200g fillet medium rare. Yum.
