Our Miele cooktop was malfunctioning but when Miele consultant visited, they were not sure what was causing the problem. Miele arranged for Abco to take over the repair, abco attended and quickly identified the issue and was able to fix it efficiently. Very professional service highly recommended.

Carlos Silva serviced our Gaggenau cook top in a very efficient manner and within the time allowed for the service call. We are very pleased with the outcome as it will continue to give us a cook top that even though 33 years old is in almost new working condition after Carlos's service. We have used Abco previously and will continue to do so in the future.

I bought a Miele vacuum HX2 and have 2 problems with it in the first month. The seller wouldn't refund but assisted me all the way to make a claim for a new replacement from Miele. Miele would require the unit to be inspected at ABCO. The staff at ABCO Canterbury was very professional and patient in checking the problem as the vacuum only went dead in some cases but not all the time, and the problem was confirmed by ABCO. The other problem with the filter was solved by them though I was surprised about the disappointing build quality of this Made in Germany HX2 vacuum.

We used Abco for a dishwasher repair. The technician was really knowledgable, and suggested we could simply obtain a replacement part ourselves. While this temporarily solved the problem, we ultimately needed a larger part replaced. They had stored this information in their system, so could quickly arrange for an appointment and replacement part once I called back. They also called to move my appointment earlier when they had another appointment cancel. Really friendly staff.

Carlos Silva fixed out big issue with our induction cooktop/ oven. he is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. we are delighted to have him as our technician, he is amazing.in overall we had a fantastic experience with ABCO team.

I have a gas stove by Miele and still under warranty. One of the gas tops was not working properly and initially Miele sent a technician who just did not help with the problem and actually made it worse. The guy actually said to me on the phone after he left as I told him the problem was still not solved and he just told me he could not fix . Uttering waste of time . Miele then sent another guy two weeks later from Abco appliance service called Mr. Carlos Silva. He was so professional and instantly he knew where the problem was and got it fixed. In addition his manner was very friendly. I am sure if I did not have the luck to have Carlos fixing my stove problem today, it would still persist. Hence , I am very much satisfied with Abco particularly Mr Carlos Silva s service. I would also like to advise Miele , in future please send someone with experience to fix related problems or otherwise Miele is merely wasting time of your customers. Thanks

All aspects of the service provided by Abco was outstanding. The technician, Carlos, was very knowledgeable and persevered until he was able to fix the issue which was unique. The office staff were efficient and helpful. The communication between technician, office and myself was excellent. I highly recommend them.
