Update againStill a disgrace!! Zero customer service!! Don't know how they still operate.Please steer clear of Gee. Weeks and weeks of phone calls and emails have failed to resolve what appears to be a fault with my account. That's the guess as it's impossible to speak to anyone who can answer the simplest of questions. Promised returned calls never happen, customer service staff who are too busy" to help; phone systems offline

Abhi is real professional from beginning to the end of his job. Has done all to help us out. Will recommend him to everyone.

great to deal with from start to finish installers were friendly fast and workmanship of high standard. Santhosh was professional and able to answer any questions didn't just sell us the solar he even came back to see us after job was complete this was much appreciated adding that personal touch

Do not use this company to have your solar panels installed. They do not complete the task and then do not return your calls after insisting that we ring them. I have given them a 1 star only because I couldn't give them none.They do not resolve issues, fob you off, do not take ownership of their actions or lack of.

They don't pick up the phone. They advise to press 4 and then 1. Doing so will just loop you back to the same menu. Press 4 and 2 will result in the call hanging up instantly, when it's supposed to connect to another department. Have tried calling multiple times over a month-long period.

Very confusing sign up process and very poor communication through it all. Received an email with documents for direct debit details, but never any actual account and electricity plan details. Have had phone calls from them leaving messages saying 'urgent, call back immediately', and 'do you want to cancel your account?', one with a contact number for Elysian Energy, the other with a disconnected contact number. Couldn't log in to online account with login details I provided when signing up, so I tried to reset my password and the email they sent to reset it said Click here" but no actual link or other prompts to follow to reset it... and to top it off

Thanks Raj and everyone involved in installing solar for our business. The process was very smooth , the installers were professional and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend his business for any solar requirements.

I called 3 weeks ago to cancel and was told the cancellation department would need to ring me back. Still waiting.. I've emailed twice since then requesting cancellation and no response received. I'm contacting fair trading as next step.
