Chips only half cooked. Chicken in the sub was ice cold in the middle, probably under cooked aswell I would say. Ended up throwing it out.

Absolutely disgusting experience. The young female behind the counter was in the middle.of an argument with her, what seemed like, partner then had to interrupt them to get service only to have to repeat my phone number 5 times as she said their Red Rewards scanner wasn't working. To then only be told that I was offline"

The choices of meals have been limited to those as I remember. The chicken was tasty but the chips weren't up to much.

Sat in the drive through for half an hour behind 4 cars ( after I had ordered so could not move) only to be told at the window that they had run out of roast chicken, surely they could judge that beforehand and told me when ordering. Slowest drive through I have ever been too. Disgraceful

I ordered via menu log. I was only 1km away. The order took an hour to get to me and it was wrong. I asked for 1.25l of Fanta and was delivered 2x375ml coke. I don't drink coke. Menu log deliver blamed Red Rooster. Maybe they should check order before leaving store. Just as much Red Roosters fault. Worst experience ever for delivery.
