Great job.Pros - Great job done by the tradies.Fitted in with our individual needs.Once the job was started they finished in a reasonable time.Price was competitive.Cons - Communication was lacking from management, just needed a call every 2 weeks or so to let us know how things were progressing and that we weren't forgotten.You will have to chase them up but when they start, they do a great job.

Hi-Tech have recently replaced my old and outdated patio and deck with a much more modern (and waterproof) patio and deck. I couldn’t be happier with the job they have done, it looks fantastic! It was very reasonably priced and Storm was great to deal with through the whole process, communicating regularly with updates through each stage from quote to completion. I highly recommend Hi-Tech and will definitely be contacting Storm & the team again for any future work I want to get done.

Prompt quote provided!Work commencement impacted by COVID issues, but once started, work done with care and attention to detail ….Workers returned to fix minor issues, again their aim was to try to fix all issues.Storm was very happy to attend to an issue that arose long after the completion of the initial job. Recently, I had a carport built by the team at HiTech, and the guy's did a great job from start to finish. Professional ,punctual .I couldn't recommend them more highly when the time comes for the back verandah i will be calling on them to get the job done

They have caused only grief for my parents during the build. Started late, didn't deliver what was on the council drawings, poor communication, and a building report that is pages long with issues.I saw another recent review by someone else with the same problem. The review is 4 months old so was a big issue when my parent's job was finally underway. It sounds like they are on a downward spiral.
