They are professional and friendly, and I've been going to them for the last 7 years. Many of my friends are now also patients. I was pleasantly surprised at how small the gap is between my provider Bupa and the cost. Ken always talks about what any procedure will entail, and he emphasises minimising the p-word, pain. Graceville Dental Practice is the BEST for customer service, value and excellent dental skills. Zoe is the best teeth cleaner; Ken is the dentist and Lou is at the front desk to manage the process. Appointments are on time and really make the whole dental experience awesome. Also, process BUPA on site. Highly recommend. Loyal patient for over 6 years with my three sons.
