10/10 Service and great tasting subs.I’ve been coming to Subway Tallebudgera for years now as our shop is close by.Not once have I had a bad experience.

We didn’t ask for anything hard, and were respectful customers. But we must have come on a bad day. Staff were unhappy to be there and it was obvious with their poor service. The sub and wrap tasted terrible, had a few bites and had to throw it out. Hopefully you come on a better day.

Staff were polite, friendly and quick when making my order. They are one of the only places that are offering the 2 wraps for $10 deal as well which is amazing value as you can choose different meats for the same price as a footlong if not cheaper!

To the girl with the fake eyelashes that served myself and my grandchildren today, you have a bad attitude which transfers to poor customer service. You are front line staff and responsible for carrying the Subway flag. You were not pleasant, or friendly and we did not have a good experience. My 11 year old grandson said to me afterward, 'that girl was really rude' and I said 'yes, she was'.I will not be returning. Change your attitude or your job. Don't transfer your bad attitude to the customers.

To the bloke who usually works mornings / owns or runs the store , ive come in a few times while youre on , always friendy , always perfectly made subs and even slipped me a extra cookie once. Amazing service from him all around.

The worker at 10am on the 18th of Feb was extremely kind and quickly prepared one of the best subs I had, recommend her a raise and visiting the store, welcoming and nice.
