I've used Andy twice now, once in a rental that had rats in the garage as we lived near a creek and recently in a property I just bought. Both times he has been on time, extremely professional and just an all round nice bloke. After a few weeks there was no signs of any rats thank goodness! We haven't seen any roaches or spiders in our new property either thanks to Andy! Will definitely use his services again!

Andy was professional, punctual, very responsive to my queries and was full of energy. He completed the inspection very quickly and smoothly without much fuss (whilst I was having work meetings). At the end of it, Andy patiently explained with clarity a couple of things we need to look out or fix.I’m glad I’ve found Iron Bark. Will definitely use the service again.

I booked for their service and received confirmation email. We managed our time to stay home during the scheduled time but did not arrive, even did not contact us. We were very upset for such behaviour from Business in Australia.

Andy did an inspection for us recently. He is so patient and knowledgeable. The whole experience is so easy - using an online tool to make a booking and payment and you get a detailed report via email. Will use him to do the pest control next time.
