We purchased products here yesterday and found good selection of products. Toilets, tapwear, basins etc. Staff were very friendly. A big shoutout to both Johns who were very helpful, both on the phone and in store. Will definitely be back to buy more products.

This is the 2nd time I've purchased plumbing bits from here. Both times have been great service. This time I bought a new hot water service for my plumber to instal. The very friendly and helpful John gave me excellent service, both on the phone and later in person. Didn't treat me like a dumb layperson or, like some male dominated trades, like a woman who doesn't know anything about plumbing (I can reseat a tap and change washers) which I am anyway. Thanks guys!

I purchased a new vanity from these guys and live slightly remotely so engaged a professional transport company to collect and deliver to me. Boxed and well packaged with strapping appeared okay from outside. Within 2 days of arrive product was opened as was the kickboard to find drawers saved and part of kickboad also. Photos were taken and next working day reported and emailed problem with photos. Tradelink did nothing to resolve problem blaming transport company. The opening of it was Infront of me and visitorsnbu a licenced plber.. not alt all happy. Won't purchase from them again.
