Incredibly disappointing- I arrived at the White Hills Royal Jim's at 1:43pm. They close at 2pm. I was informed by the surly, unsmiling hairdresser they were not taking any more haircuts. I could see they were clearly rushed off their feet with no customers and the other barber in the store having time to do push-ups against one of the chairs. In the time it's taken me to drive home and write this review, my hair would be cut- simple short back and sides, nothing taken off the top. It's only now 2:00pm. Disgraceful lack of customer service and incredible laziness which is so disappointing as the other venues are normally excellent.

Although I can't fault the quality of cutting my hair I've been asked by staff twice now if I'm married and have kids. To the staff at White Hills can you stop assuming everyone who walks through your doors is straight

Their website stated they close at 2 pm saturdays, arrived there at 1. 37 pm after a 20 min drive only to be told they were finished cutting for the day, please let people know you close at 2 but stop cutting at 1. 30

They're always really nice in there. Always do a great job. The shop is nice, new, clean, airy & comfortable.

Walk In only, but the wait is short as they get the job done quickly at a reasonable price

The girls are plight and did a wonderful job with my hair cut. Highly recommended. Keep up the fantastic work.

I would have given 0 for horrible hair cut my son receive, Word can't even explain how mad I am , I ask Ur hairdresser if she have experience with curly hair she replied yes all she have done was keep cutting and cutting to point my son hair not even
