Josh has helped us out with repairs on a few occasions now and has been a delight to deal with. Very responsive, friendly, efficient, tidy and super helpful as we had a few questions regarding gas upgrades for our new house. He also takes time to follow up and make sure all repairs have remedied the problem. Its always nice to find a local tradesperson who is reliable and trustworthy :)

Called Josh over to clear out a blocked drain that was causing stormwater to run under the house. He brought over his amazing jetting and camera gear to inspect the problem, and was able to pinpoint the cracked pipe causing the leak under the concrete pavement. Without this level of accuracy, I would have probably had to have ripped up the entire concrete pathway to find and fix the problem. He came back and did a quick and tidy repair, pulling other items that were stuck in the drain and we now don’t have stormwater flowing under the house anymore. His tech and approach to fixing it definitely saved us a lot on a potentially very expensive repair.Highly recommend Josh. He’s the kind of plumber you can trust to do a professional job.

Josh attended to review the problems, took notes and photos and advised he would call after he had bought all the parts. Josh called when he had the parts and arranged a time that worked for us. He arrived on time with everything needed for the work. He left the area clean and removed all Rubbish. Very knowledgeable, efficient, reliable and friendly. I contacted Josh from Free Flow to fix a few leaky taps in my flat, one of which was a borderline emergency. Despite a full schedule on his plate Josh was able to fit me in the same morning of the call and resolved the issues in under an hour. Josh didn't just replace the faulty parts, but also invested additional effort to make the taps (and whole mechanism, which is quite old) more robust so the problem wouldn't recur again anytime soon. All of that at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Josh and Free Flow Plumbing, and will be using them again for any future issues.

There is a reason that Josh has received all 5 star rating from his past customers. We had our old hot water tank burst and needed hot water restored as fast as possible. Josh was able to get everything lined up (initial inspection, replacement tank, installation and scrapping of the old unit) within a 24 hour period (at a very good price).I must have spent 2-3 hours talking to Josh about his profession and nerding out about all things technical. An all round great guy who really will give your job the time and energy it needs.100% would recommend
