“We run a business, not a charity”. These are the words that were said to me by a representative from your business and they will forever stay with me.To anyone looking for medical equipment, please read the following and look elsewhere. Do not rent equipment from Drive DeVilbiss.6 months after losing my mother, I get a phone call on an unknown number. The lady did not identify herself but claimed to be calling from Drive DeVilbiss. They were after $250 from an oxygen machine we rented and returned after my mother’s passing.We are sure we had paid the bill after the oxygen machine was collected, three days after the funeral. The Drive DeVilbiss representative claimed otherwise and was demanding the money. We were frantically looking through our statements to find the record of it, while the Drive DeVilbiss representative saying, “you never paid, we want our money”.We received no previous phone calls, emails, invoices or other communication stating that we owed Drive DeVilbiss money. I said to the Drive DeVilbiss representative “please show some empathy for the situation, we’re looking for the statement”, to which she responded, “we run a business, not a charity”. The sheer fact that anyone working in a medical equipment industry that rents oxygen machines to the sick and dying would say this, especially in the midst of a global pandemic, is disgusting.Drive DeVilbiss, your company is utterly disgusting, and your representative is an embarrassment to humankind. It is in your name - Devil.

We have been renting oxygen equipment from Drive for several years now and are very happy with them. They replace the bottle immediately if there is a problem.
