The whole staff at Fernleigh Drafting have been nothing but dedicated in getting my shed sorted through council when council have been nothing but uncooperative for the last 12 months the entire way through. Fernleigh is a good company with good people working for them.They in high demand for a reason.Council services is a tricky game. They take the hassle out of dealing with council, certifiers & engineers. Best to let them handle it.

Was recommended Fernleigh drafting by a friend to get my shed plans drawn and approved and I am so glad I found them. All their staff are so easy to deal with, answer any question you have with great detail. Fast responses to emails or phone calls. Designer Outdoor Spaces (Stratco Rep) engaged Fernleigh Drafting to get plans drawn up for Council approval for a very basic structure. Over a 12 month period we had constantly received incorrect plans, incorrect plans were submitted and approved by Council, we could not get any answer as to why our plans were constantly incorrect. Stay clear of these companies. They are extremely unprofessional. We ended up in Tribunal with these companies. Both companies could not answer the Judge/Mediator as to why our plans were constantly incorrect. The Judge/Mediator thanked us for all of our efforts and evidence submitted and demanded the companies refund our funds to us on the same day. We were then accused by Fernleigh Drafting that we were only after a cash grab but they forgot that it was their incompetence and consist errors over a 12 month period and incorrect plans approved by Council that lead us to the Tribunal. Stay clear from these companies.

Fernleigh produced excellent drafting and advice about my project, and although a little slow at times, they supplied excellent drawings and updated them on a number of occasions. Their dealings with Council were very efficient, Overall a very good firm to work with.

Our dealings with Fernleigh continue to be exemplary. They are always professional, on point and one step ahead of the process. Fernleigh Drafting were retained to secure a DA and CC for a pretty basic and straightforward Best Shed's farm shed.
