worst chemist I’ve ever been to. There charging sick people triple. They Tried charging me 22 dollars for a medication worth ten dollars anywhere else. Today I had to pay 7 dollars for five tablets. A box is 5.50 and they still gave me the cheap brand Not even mentioning how terrible the staff are, there rude very unprofessional.

On many occasions have found medicine overpriced. Duo Forte was twice the price here. I feel sorry for people that don't have the opportunity to shop around (our elderly) and get ripped off. Will be interesting what comment comes back from Chempro!

Travelled here to get my sick child’s script filled on a Thursday night at 11:40 after being turned away from the so called John Flynn 24 hour pharmacy as they were closing. A wonderful staff member at Chempro palm beach was polite and very helpful. Script filled within 3 minutes. Cannot recommended this chemist enough. Very grateful for this 5 star business

Was in the area & needed an over the counter med that I sometimes use. Was v surprised that the med cost $24.99 when I usually pay $14.99 for the exact same thing elsewhere, so have to agree with previous posts that the prices here are v inflated. Also didn't understand the face mask rule which I abided with, although some staff weren't wearing them at all & the ones that were had them under their chin. Pretty pointless really.

My 19 yo daughter came in with a contraceptive prescription. She was diligently asked if she wanted the generic for that and then she was served and charged for the brand one, Yasmin without even tell her that the generic was out of stock and that the one she got was the most expensive one. I called 2 days after and asked if the generic for it was available and it was! I explained what happened and they dismissed me saying you can come anytime and change it if you haven’t used it yet. Of course I can! I would have like to hear apologise for a behaviour that seems driven just by profit not surely for the best interest of the patient!

The girls who work through the week are lovely, quick and helpful... however the weekend staff lack any customer service skills, make for an extremely uncomfortable experience and there is a drama EVERY single time I've had to go in there. Being someone with several medical conditions, I have to go to the chemist a lot, and being spoken down to by the pharmacist and assistants, them not even trying to listen to you as a customer... is not okay. They lack empathy for sick people and people in general and its incredibly disappointing for the Mon-Fri girls who make this place wonderful. The pharmacist working this morning 12/3 was incredibly nasty, and left me in tears. After trying to refuse me medication for no reason, and me having to prove to her that my script was only issued 2 months ago??, she went and got my medication threw it on the counter and walked away, no apology or even conversation? You'd learn better customer service working at McDonalds. Do better

Very convenient to have a pharmacy open after hours, really helps being open late. Staff always helpful and friendly, best pharmacy in the area.

Overpriced and on many occasions had very poor customer service.. will always go to o 23rd Chempro as they have amazing customer service!

This is best chemist in Palm beach they are friendly,helpful &take time to explain about your medication lovely staff Racheal is 1 of the pharmacy she really looms after me...10 out of 10...

The staff here were awesome and gave very helpful advice. The pharmacy was open until midnight which was very handy and good to keep in mind if you need something late in the evening. Also has a good selection of all kinds of things, drinks and even gluten free food that I was surprised to see! There is handy parking in the area also and right outside the shop.
