I recently purchased a Comset CM950W and was very impressed with the speed that the modem provided. I am more impressed with the customer service provided by Tony and Ben. I'm not that tech savvy and Ben patiently and professionally assisted me in getting a VPN setup on the modem. It's great to see an Aussie product with Aussie backing. Can't thank Comset enough nor recommend them more highly. This is coming from an SME business that does not have continual IT support!! Thanks Tony and Ben, keep up the great work.

We asked Tony for advice for a high profile client installation and were directed to the CM915W router. We installed with 4 mimo antennas and the results were impressive. I purchased two omni directional antennas from Tony at Comset. These antennas, mounting hardware, coax and fittings are of exceptional build quality. The singal went from 2/5 to 5/5, and download/upload speeds went from 13.2/7.74 to 83.3/16.9 during peak on the Telstra 4GX network. I would highly recommend these antennas for use in regional/coastal areas where mobile reception is marginal. Importantly these antennas are future proof, being compatible with the 5G networks. Highly recommended!

Awesome service and products. I've been using the router and antenna as suggested by the owner and the system has been fantastic. Using telstra data only sim plan with the system to compliment the optus mobile plan on my phone.

I have been using Comset wireless modems/routers to support my business for more than 10 years. The Comset equipment has been very reliable and highly effective. However, I had a problem with the modem module in the business' CM950W last week. I forwarded this to Tony Salloum from Comset for repair. Even though the equipment was out of warranty, Tony graciously implemented the repair very quickly at no cost. The CM950W is now back in service and operating very well. I would like to thank Tony and his team. Their equipment is excellent and the after sales service is second to none. Bruce Hilliard
