What a fantastic place to shop. A great selection of clothing and friendly, happy staff that are always willing to assist you. I buy most of my clothes from this shop and have always found it to be a warm and inviting store with helpful staff. Would highly recommend shopping here. You will not be disappointed.

A few weeks ago my daughter had pre birthday party meltdown clothing issues. I took her straight to Sasperilla and Neon Circus and the lovely ladies were very helpful choosing her a lovely outfit and making her feel comfortable. Thank you x

Absolutely love this shop, but may never return again due to the rude staff member that I encountered on the weekend.she did not speak to me at all and,yet followed me around the shop. When I commented on the mannequin she was dressing directly behind me,the short response was quite rude and sharp, not at all friendly.For a business that may or may not rely on the weekend tourist dollar,, I would expect the staff would be more welcoming.instead of spending in store, which was my intention, I left empty handed.

This store has nice clothing but unfortunately the staff there and very rude and condescending. They definitely need to learn how to talk to customers with respect and also not judge anyone who comes into your store. Verbalising out loud in front of other shopping customers that certain people can’t afford to shop at your store (which is not that expensive anyway compared to other beautiful boutiques in Phillip island who accept a variety of different people, and this store is probably on the lower end of the scale price wise of products compared to other boutique stores we went to)Is terrible and very unprofessional when you have no idea how much money they actually have and can afford. I’m surprised by other reviews of how many people have commented on poor service from staff. I am hoping the clothing brands they stock see this review and hopefully stop providing clothes to such unprofessional people who treat their customers with such degrading comments.

Beautiful clothing and reasonable prices. I would recommend a look as it can be hard to find this type clothing easily in the city...Unfortunately the store is let down by a lady who we believe may be the manager? Rude and abrupt, my friend chose not to buy anything from there due to her attitude.

I love shopping here, always fabulous service. The staff go out of their way to make your shopping experience easy and honest. Not up for the hard sell, they always offer honest and constructive styling tips and direct you to that piece that makes you feel amazing!

Store looked lovely. Was severely let down by the staff that went out of her way to walk away from us and couldnt even manage a simple hello.
