A nice selection of tasty pies fresh from the oven as we walked in.The pastries looked too good to pass up so we ended up getting several to share later in the day. They didn't last long after we started them. Delicious thanks

Really disappointing and unfortunate. Used to come here all the time for pies and sausage rolls.Went today, and not only have the prices gone up ridiculously, but the quality of the pies is atrocious. Double the pastry and half the filling. And on top of paying premium, I got given the wrong pies. Sad, but I won't be back again.

Long wait times. Drinks are not all price labelled but if water is going for $5.00 a bottle I can only assume they are all expensive.Only had two pieces of hot pastries left. So they must be popular.Asked for a vanilla slice. Was given something else (close to a vanilla slice) instead.Heard and read a lot of good things about this place. But ultimately resulted in disappointment for me.

Very over priced and very average no taste in the pie got a treat and not fresh. Got a cake to take to someone's placed cut into it and so stale returned to store. Will never go back there again.

From the first time I entered the bakery to order a birthday cake, to the day I picked it up, could not fault the customer service, professional, so happy to help, courteous and friendly!I had approached another bakery about using our own Sonic cake topper and they weren’t sure they could do it but Jacobs didn’t hesitate! Nothing was a problem!!!The cake itself was AMAZING!!! And, not just to look at! It was a beautiful fluffy sponge with icing that made you want more!!! The kids were asking for seconds and the parents commenting on how fresh and delicious the cake was!!! Everyone enjoyed it, thank you to the team at Jacobs, we will be back!!!

Been going to jacobs bakery since I was 1 and loved it for years, but it saddens me to say they have destroyed their status as the best bakery. My main issue is they changed their sausage rolls, they once were the fluffy and golden brown not they sag and lack any colour or character. Why change what isn’t broken.

Pie was bearly warm and red velvet cupcake was so old and stale that the icing was hard and crumpled and threw in the bin they gave me the wrong order twice when they weren't even busy and in a rush ... won't be back there

Really disappointed went there for a Chicken & Salad Sandwich to be offered the crust to make my sandwich, thought they were joking! Cancelled my order and left, won’t be back! Aren’t they a bakery??
