Started working in 2006, went well for next 3 years. Then it went downhill fast with change of management, procedures, etc. Very quickly told where I stood and thrown out just after finishing my fourth year. Practically humiliated before/after I left in 2010.Never been able to secure another job since then, been job hunting for past 12 years with no luck, thanks to Workways toxic" culture."
