Saturday evening, I noticed my two right crowns felt loose and I needed to get them fixed asap as I had to work the next day and could not go to a dentist until Monday afternoon or later. Spent the next 1-1.5 hours calling around to find an after hours dentist. Finally we found Steven's number at Drummoyne smiles. He was very prompt at answering his phone and very straight forward with after hours costs and also available time. Within an hour he said he could meet me at his office. He and his nurse were right in time and were polite and professional. He was set-up under 5 minutes. Asked me what happened, assessed me and was gentle with removing my crowns. He had a look at them and said he can cement them back in and they should be ok. He cleaned them and reseated them, took his time making sure my bite was right and inline. He did not rush the job and the crowns feel like they have been seated to the same position as when they were first put in about 6-7 years ago. Great dentist and nurse, polite and professional and very reasonable cost given it was an after hours call out. Will definitely go back to him in the future.

I lost the bottom third of my tooth #21 (one of the two frontal, upper palate) at breakfast and this dentist did examination + adhesive restoration for $350 , 1730hrs same day. His after hours callout is $180 for unusual other times. CBHS and the other health funds accommodated. 5 stars for getting to work and skill on the drill and specialist tools.

I had the unfortunate luck of being hit by a car while riding a bicycle in Feb 2014.I rang the Emergency Line and spoke to Steven Chi and explained what had happened. Amazingly he booked me in the next day(a Sunday !!)After loosing one tooth completely and having two more chipped in half i felt pretty self conscious, i walked out looking normal again and mentally could start the healing process.Steven has attended to my every need or phone call(plus multiple visits) throughout 2014 and nothing was too much trouble. First made contact to make normal hours appointment. Overnight pain got unbearable. Called again and was told to arrive at 930pm. A text message with address details was sent to me.Upon investigation, i was told the tooth couldnt be saved and only option was extraction. This sent alarm bells ringing as i have had 2 bad experiences in the past. To my surprise it was all over in less than 3 seconds. I was then told that all dead roots from two other cracked teeth would be removed.I am writing this 2 days later and in absolute shock that i have had NO pain whatsoever. No horrid non stop bleeding. No brain churning sharp pain. Nothing.Very happy with the quick service. Very cheap price. But absolute best bang for buck i have ever experienced.Cheers again Drummoyne Smiles!

Having moved several times I've seen many dentists, and can confidently say that Dr. Shi provides absolutely exceptional care. He is thorough yet efficient, listens attentively, and provides detailed explanations. Each visit is a delight, but more importantly, I can attest to the quality of his work in contrast to other experiences I've had. There's no dentist I trust more; Drummoyne Smiles has my highest recommendation.

Urgent Sunday appointment when the pain became too much. I found him on an after hours dental search.I had been putting off treatment for a nasty tooth that needed root canal.This lovely dentist performed the first stage of the root canal, a treatment I feared because I've had it before. This was nothing like the previous root canal that was very painful. I hadn't even realised he had completed the nerve removal, it was that easy.He was also interested in my health conditions and how they impact treatment and management choices.Perhaps a little expensive, but he opened up the surgery just for me on a Sunday, and I was in so much pain! I'd have paid anything to stop the pain. Instant pain relief!Thank you Doc.

Lovely family dentist. Excellent treatment

Came here with severe tooth pain. Turned out it was my wisdom tooth. Previously I had a fear of getting the tooth pulled in the chair. It was so quick and painless. Really happy with how quickly it came out

Came in with my boyfriend at 11:20pm. They were the only emergency dentist to pick up the phone (I called about 7). The dentist was very friendly and informative. Ended up getting a wisdom tooth removed quite quickly. So much better than I expected for a midnight dentist appointment on a Wednesday!

I came here to get diagnosed of my painful tooth. I feel like the doctor is not professional and not care about patient. Just want quick money. I ended up leaving and decide to wait for my dentist to come back from holiday.
