Good customer service as in quick to ask if we needed help. But sold us the wrong item, and didn't even check if the globes were compatible to our vehicle for the make and model. Just gave us the standard ones. We didn't really know what to purchased, so it would have good to have better suggestions of items available/suitable.

My experience today was excellent; I initially went in with a warranty issue on an item - this was dealt with swiftly & painlessly, which lead to a further sale of over $500 due to Jack’s exceptional product knowledge & willingness to assist. This young man should be commended on his customer service and can-do attitude. An asset to your business.

The staff were really helpful to me, they were straight to the point of what I needed to do on the car and even gave me some advice based on there personal experience which was appreciatedThis shop was clean and organised and i got everything I needed in just a matter of minutes .

Evan at Moorabbin Repco is THE guy.. came and looked at my car, addressed the many items needed to spruce it up for my lady and product knowledge was exceptional! Customer service 10/10
