I had a test done at the Clinical Labs service in Murdoch Dve, Thornlie. The Technician was very pleasant, the rooms clean & tidy & seen to quickly. Overall this was a pleasureable experience. No problems with parking or getting in & out of the location.

Recommend CLINIPATHPATHOLOGY instead of Clinical Labs if you want to ensure your international travel. I ordered clinical labs online, tried to call all the numbers before my test just wanted to make sure they worked and wouldn’t affect my travel, but no one picked up for any numbers. I drove to the one close to me to check in person, surprisingly closed, then found out the holiday hours on their website, so I visited this one as they still work and also offer both tests according to their official website “holiday hours” indicated. But when I was there, they said their labs of all their clinics were closed for holiday which means one of the international travel test was impossible. And the staff said he just received the update the day before..and this was in my last two hours to have chance to do the tests before my flight (as clinic closed at 12pm, and my tests need to be in 48hours). I called CLINIPATH PATHOLOGY, fast response with customer service, and I made it in the end, so easy and smooth..

I had to have a Covid-19 test . This was the closest place to me. It was easy to get to get to, there was hardly any waiting and the staff member was friendly and knowledgeable.

Rude worker had her daughter or neice at reception in her school uniform. The neice barely looked up when I approached and just said Nah im not the one you talk to"...ok.The lady came out and asked

Brought my mum in to get a blood and urine sample.The staff got me to label the urine sample without offering gloves.Then she said the bottle was leaking so got me to change the bag and throw the bag in the yellow bin.Another staff came in to see her spraying disinfectant in the floor(I couldn't see anything) and she asked herwhy" and she replied"urine" to which her friend said

Wonderful caring team here. I became faint during my bloods extraction and the ladies didn't hesitate to manoeuvre me into the right position, and took care of me until I felt right again. Easy access and parking too. Highly recommend this location :)

Always have good experiences coming here. Hardly ever hurts getting my blood taken and never have to wait too long.

The lady was very nice, polite, clear on advice and instruction.She made the experience as comfortable as possible.She did a fantastic job.
