Went to police station to ask for advise and or help with a concern . Spoke with in my opinion the most obnoxious receptionist possible.I believe she acts as though she is a officer of the law as you must according to her go through her before you can even speak with a actual police officer. I would recommend going to any other station than Burpengary if you expect the police to serve and protect

It took them an hour and a half to respond to my triple o call and then they didn't want to take any action. Lazy, rude and unreliable. I don't feel safe in this community.

Disgusting!The way these people handle anything other than handing out tickets is terrible. I was the victim of a hit and run and they refused to help because of my age and sex. Awful demeanor and obvious discrimination. Go anywhere else to make a complaint
