Life Changing Beds
Service was to move a pair of HiLo Power Beds from one suburb to our home where the bedroom in which they were to be installed was on the second flthoor of a 2 storey house. The transfer, including hand carrying upstairs of these heavy items was done without problem. The beds were re-assembled and instructions given on how to operate the controllers, including how to make the beds. Altogether an impressive service!

Life Changing Beds
Life changing beds were a very good company to deal with at all levels. Their sales staff were very helpful and offered clever ideas and recommendations. Their delivery staff like wise were very polite and disassembled our old bed and assisted me store the old bed. We are very happy with the bed and the accessories we purchased. Well Done. Knowledgeable Frank made purchasing the bed easy. Received it just after 1 week of ordering. Delivery from 3 young guys made it quick install. They cleaned up after and were very polite.Great experience!

Life Changing Beds
The company responded to my request to help me with the problem I was having with the bed. The staff that attended were punctual, professional, friendly and a delight to deal with. The solution was found and dealt with. They volunteered to help me with vacuuming the carpet that was under the bed. Extremely delighted to have my wonderful bed fully operational again.The best investment I ever made was to acquire this bed 5 years ago. The service culture of excellence had not changed after all these years and I am very grateful for it.
