Tasty and fresh food! The bar/restaurant itself is lovely and cosy with a great outdoor area overlooking the harbour. Waitress was knowledgeable and friendly which is apparently very hard to come by these days! Definitely recommend.

I ordered a parmi way before kitchen was closed. Waited in anticipation cause it looked like a good parmi for 40mins still nothing. Went up to the bar then ask about my parmi and all they could do was give me a refund which I unfortunately accepted. Then 10 mins later I saw someone come walk out with a parmi. I am extremely disappointed in this service and the lack of communication with patrons.

Great position with nice views over the pier. We sat outside underneath the heaters and enjoyed our drinks and pork crackling which was pretty cool. Good place to chill and people watch.

I went there on two occasions. The 1st was in the evening. 5 separate bartenders chatted amongst themselves or massed around an especially handsome gentleman. After 10 minutes of no service I left. On the 2nd occasion, it was early afternoon. One bartender had to manage a whole and very busy bar. She did her best but I did not envy her. I understand how hard it is to find help these days but both issues seem to be an error in management. It gets 3 good stars coz the location is excellent and the live music act they had on was an excellent performer, I'd go back just to listen to him.

Ordinary .. very Ordinary. Two stars is being generous.Food wasn't even hot.At first we thought it had come out if a microwave... but the temperature was pretty consistent throughout... all luke warm at best.The chicken wasn't crunchy and the dressing made it even more soggy.The lamb was just mush, cold and just not enjoyable.Staff... need some serious training, even given the current circumstances we all know about finding good staff, it's no excuse.I'm sitting with a drink in front of me... my wife waiting with nothing in front of her and he (Lightning McBartender) bolts in out of nowhere like the building is on fire and drops the drink in front of me without even a glance or collecting anything (including the order number flag) on his way through.Next thing you know they are out of flags and need to do a quick gather up.Given so many food choices in the area... you need to lift your game.If you were understaffed, understand this, but don't go and put live music on your deck to entice people in.Worst meal (snack, as we didn't even eat it all) we have had in Hobart.

My second visit in two weeks! Live music on both occasions was fabulous. Food is delicious and the cocktails (particularly at Happy Hour prices) are spectacular. Friendly staff and a great vibe. I imagine that it’s a brilliant place to spend a sunny afternoon, though sitting by bar with family was fun on a rainy night was cosy too.

Went there for brunch during the Queen's mourning day. It was beautiful to sit out & enjoy our meal there. For starters, we had the hummus & pickles & the salt & pepper calamari. For mains, we had the holoumi burger which was delicious! I choose the no fries option. & the fish of the day grilled. Everything was delicious. We were absolutely stuffed.
