Originally quoted $231 to cut keys for 2 barrels. Once work was done the price went up to $291. When I said hey that's not right the technician simply replied approximate price was quoted" and that the guy on the phone was family and that he has incorrectly quoted before for other customers and that there was nothing he could do. Don't get me wrong the technician was friendly and nice but it's not my fault for an incorrect quote. Plus or minus a few dollars is acceptable for an approximate price but not by this amount. Feels like I got scammed to be honest. Again nothing against the technician but it's not professional by any means."

Dropped in late on a Saturday morning to get 4 locks re-keyed (three new, one old). We arranged to come back an hour later and everything was ready. Good price (about $20 per barrel). Couldn't fault the service.

Absolutely excellent i call and in 2 days they had my new locks, which would of been hard to find, and were willing to travel to Northam then completed the job promptly. They were on time and a reasonable price considering the urgency.

Came in to see if they could duplicate the keys for my top box and side panniers on my motorcycle. They were unusual keys. He found keys that matched as close as possible but no guarantees. One fitted perfectly the other I had to bring back which he modified by hand using a file. Service above and beyond my expectations. Asked what do I owe him for the by hand" craftsmanship and he said nothing. I'm extremely happy and will return when ever I need keys cut. Thouroughly recommend him."

Great work from Jeremy in changing my many door locks and moreover the lock of my garage roller door... which on the same day I managed to roll up the garage door too fast breaking the brand new key hitting the garage entrance support beam, my BAD!!!... hope to see him soon to fix it up!!!... Overall price very competitive, happy to have used C & C Locksmith from previous references as I do in sourcing trades people.

My only car key broke off in the door when I was at midland gate. Thankfully this shop was nearby. He helped make me a new key quickly- which works great! Not only that but I was a few dollars short since my wallet was stuck inside my car. He was kind enough to let it slide. I truly appreciate your kindness and helpfulness!
