SlowThey try to make people feel stupid so don't bother trying to ask questions and make sure you leave a free day if you're going to visit as you'll spend it waiting listening to the boss chat about fishing with the staff while he complains about being understaffed. Did I mention how rude they are? Do yourself a favour and call around and if they are the only ones with the part then go without, that's what ill be doing

I really don't know how these guys make money.It is too hard for them to remove part that took myself 1hr to remove off my own car in a carpark at my work. I even presented them with the pipe I removed myself!They still would not have a bar of me even though I offered to pay triple the going price and remove the pipe myself off their wreck with my own tools!No sorry mate we are not insured for that the boss won't let you go back there""I will wave the responsibility and liability""NOPE"At least they pointed me to a business that might make a "NEW PART" although they were closed.I hope that this place has a change of ownership it could be a great resource."

I'm surprised what these guys put up with in all honesty if you don't understand what you are talking about please allow the the educated staff at All model enlighten you! I was at the counter and a customer was arguing with them black and blue in the face but had noooooo clue what they were talking about... then got upset when they were told it would not fit their vehicle.Don't add a negative review when you don't have a clue what your are talking about.

Went to buy a jack and tool kit for my Hilux , never seen a person arrogant than the guy at the desk, seems like he thinks that he is giving the parts for free, will never ever go back there , waited for half an hour for part and really expensive, been to so many wreckers before but never seen a bad customer service like this.The guy was wearing a t shirt with Roy printed on it.Not sure how they even run this business , every review is bad , really if you are really desperate for a part and you can't find it anywhere else go to the guys , and be ready to hear some arrogant comment and attitude

Terrible customer service and overpriced. The bloke behind the counter seemed disinterested and hated his job....sat there whilst i waited for my part listening to the bloke answering phones treating potential customers like crap....wont be going back anytime soon.

Absolutely useless. Called up prior to heading out to confirm they had the part that i required. They informed me that they did. I get there and after having to listen to Peters arrogant and unfriendly customer service skills was finally served after a 10minute wait while every phone call was answered. Peter asked what i was after to which i informed him. Naturally he gave attitude. have you seen that the part is here?" mate i called up 30 minutes earlier to confirm. Meanwhile another 10 minutes pass and he finally comes back in to tell me that all the parts had been sold. Thanks for the wasted trip. I will send you the bill for my fuel and time wasted. Overpriced and would not recommend. If i could give zero stars i would as i received no quality service at all."

Needed a part urgently. Said $160 dollars. Called ahead and said im coming. Waited 1/2 hr in the shop and asked does the guy need a hand removing the part. Kept waiting and walked out.Called Dealer and got part new for $110. Same day arrival.Check there prices and ask for the part to be ready before you arrive.

Brilliant Service. Part was like new. Easy to deal with. Happy to help a lady in distress and postage was super fast and easy. Will be calling again for anything else in the future!

sorry I offend this guy which caused him to hang up the phone in my face.... but Nepean spares was cheaper and thanks for the advise i ended up going with the cheaper and brand new option …. take a class in customer service before answering's phones
