Great meal & the service was fantastic.The 3 coeliacs in our party were initially just excited at the prospect of eating coeliac safe Fish & chips. However, the prawn hot pot and fish curry were voted favourite dishes of the night! The wait staff were super lovely, great with the kids ( 10 & 12 yo) and also with our dietary needs. We'll be back! :)

Magnificent seafood platter..!!From bugs, ceviche, chowder, squid to scallops, oysters, fish and chips are all delicious! Felt like nothing was missing..! Have to come again.

We had some really good food. We had squid, mussels, barramundi and some really good prawn pie. But the service was average at most, we came early not a lot of customers at the time. I think there where sevaral new beginners that worked last night. You would expect a waiter to know how to pour wine without making a big mess with wine all over the table. Also the bar staff that was mixing cocktails was very slow. The small round tables are also way too small to serve four people at especially if you want to share a couple of different plates. Also the shaved fennel need more taste and it’s also not that much food. I would probably give the place 3.5 based on service but Google won’t allow that. The food is good.

We’ve become regulars at this lovely restaurant. Lachlan and the team provide a comfortable setting with great meals, desserts and coffee. Wheelchair/pram accessible and not too noisy for seniors. A reliably good destination for lunches and dinners.

We really wanted to love this place, however, some of the food let us down. The grilled snapper was so dry and overcooked, the fish curry lacked a bit of punch, and the desserts (tasteless sticky date and chocolate mousse-which is not a mousse at all) were awful. One the positive side, the chips were well cooked and seasoned, and the snapper and prawn pie was delicious (it's just a shame that it's so small, and that the side" is just the thinnest layer of mushy peas you've ever seen). Excellent food especially the Snapper and Prawn pie, Seafood chowder and Fish Curry. Service was exceptional, staff very friendly and attentive but the restaurant wasn't very busy but hopefully they still would be if busy. Would definitely recommend. Prices about average for restaurants. Wine a bit pricey.Need to update web site as Fish Face doesn't come up in local search for seafood restaurants.

We had the grilled snapper, snapper and prawn pie and fish chowder. All dishes were excellent. The wine list is thoughtful and we chose a SA dry rose. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Two passengers had a Cosmopolitan and a Margarita each for dessert. Again excellent. Very nice place to relax and enjoy a lovely seafood dinner.
