Nails Club in Strathpine centre

Best nail salon in Strathpine, the only place that had staff come over and talk to me at the counter instead of yelling across the store. Got a full set of acrylics and nail design on two of my nails, amazing job, the design was perfect and I’m so happy with how they turned out. Will definitely be coming back. Staff were friendly and did not treat me like an inconvenience like CT Nails had.

Really lovely service every time I visit. The nails techs are lovely and I’m always happy with my nails! Definitely recommend! They also offer free bottles of water ☺️

Rarely do I leave reviews, but I felt I had no option here. Having been to Rainbow Nails Strathpine more then a few times last year and receiving good nails, I went back this morning after my regular tech sold up and move south.Today was awful and had I known they had changed hands, I would never have gone in.I raised concerns with the gentleman that applied my nails at the time when they do not feel right and pointed upwards instead of having the normal arch once cut to length.I asked if they needed to be removed and reapplied and he said no, I will make them look beautiful when the gel goes on. He then got up and a lady came to file their shape and apply the gel. She over filed one and tried to fix it with excess gel that she built around and under the nail.Again I showed the lady the nails were not arching like every other set I had had over my 30 + years of having them applied. She again said don't worry I make them look pretty for you."This continued with a third person

If I could give any less stars I would. I got my nails done 17/06/23, After getting my nails done there with a family member of mine I came to realise that there’s a couple staff members who work there, that don’t take the time or effort to give you the service you asked for. As a start I showed the lady doing my nails an image on how long I wanted them, using the nail trimmers she showed me a longer length and when I said yes she had ended up cutting them too far back leaving me with nails that literally look like shark teeth and unfortunately she was rushing that much I wasn’t able to say anything. I couldnt say anything at the end of my service due to being rushed out of store, blood was also drawn due to her using the file too rough. The owner doesn’t take the time to listen about a complaint just immediately takes the side of the artist at fault. He didn’t want to hear about what I had to say, just wanted to scream at me and call me a liar, I won’t be returning to this place EVER and if I do on a miracle I won’t be asking for that particular (first photo being my shark teeth that I received and second photo is the length I wanted)

The guy who did my nails was amazing! I’ve been to a different location of rainbow nails and had a bad experience but I’m so glad I went back! The man took so much detail to my cuticles, the length and shape of the nails! They have never looked better

Rainbow Nails is now my go-to nail place. The staff are very friendly and caring, making sure your happiness is top priority. Thankyou so much for my new set of nails! Even with me changing my mind so many times, they were so understanding :)

After trying out a few nail places on the Northside of Brisbane, my daughter and I were short for time, so decided to try Rainbow Nails at Strathpine as it's close by. I am so glad we did as this is honestly THE BEST nail salon we have ever been to and now the only one we will ever go to!!!Every single nail technician is not only very talented but so welcoming and friendly. After only going there once or twice they all remembered us.Our nails turn out beautiful every time and their nail art is impeccable!! Extremely well priced. I was paying at least $45 more per infill at our previous nail salon for half as good of a job.I wish I would have saved a photo of each set I've had done as they have all turned out exactly like my inspiration photos if not better.We also decided to get a pedicure on Xmas eve this year and again - best pedicure I've ever had. They took their time, didn't rush (even though they were super busy) and it was so relaxing.Best nail place on the North side of Brisbane!!
