We loved that they didn't lock us in with contracts. First service has now been completed by our cleaner and it was exactly as expected. Expressing that I was fussy on my cleaning prior to a quote it was agreed that Maid in Australia was still willing to quote me on my job. I expressed my expectations once again which I was told that it would be done and if I wasn't happy with the job then a form would be completed and ensured it would be done properly on their next return. I received the quote promptly and I had a few questions so I replied to the email. I never received a reply, I followed up by sending a text message almost a week later and no reply to that. I checked my emails when I got home to have received a reply email that day only to be rejected to work for me. I didn't even get a chance to view for myself if they were any good at cleaning but if they couldn't stand up to their own words then maybe not. I have only put 1 star as I could not post without one otherwise there would have been a no star rating.

I'm delighted with my cleaner, she is professional and also very obliging with little things, and she gets on well with my dogs!
